Tunze Turbelle Nanostream 6020 – in depth review
Conclusion
We really liked the Tunze Turbelle NanoStream 6020 pump, they have great technical details but it also filled a market need in the modern reef tanks.
If we look at the data we get 625 liters per watt and 67 liters per euro, that, compared with the small cost of 37.30 euro will make it the best pump of this kind, both for NanoReef and MiniReef but also to have some water movement between the rocks of a big aquarium and even in a freshwater tank.
We have a versatile pump, with only 2.500 l/h water flow we can’t use it in SPS aquarium bigger than 80-100 liters, but it can be used behind the rocks independently of the dimension of the tank. In aquarium of LPS and soft corals we could use this pump up to a size of 150 liters, but not more. Tunze suggests the usage of this pump also in freshwater aquariums, up to 250 liters.
