Seneye Web Server is finally available

We have spoken about the SWS, or Seneye Web Server, for so many times, and now it’s finally available.

We have begun during Macna 2013 at Ft. Lauderdale FL, and than during Interzoo 2014 at Nuremberg, and now it’s definitely real.

The Seneye Web Server permits to link the Seneye probe, we wrote a review here in Reef version we liked it so much, to the Seneye cloud, without the need for a PC.

In this way we have many advantages. A lower power consumption than to have a PC turned on, an improved stability, the accessibility with any web capable device, and many other characteristic that Seneye will unveil in the near future.

As Seneye said in the past, there will be two devices, the first with the ethernet connection only, the second with ethernet plus wi-fi connections, to have the maximum versatility.

When we’ll use the Seneye Web Server, it will upgrade the firmware of our Seneye probe.

Here we can see the Seneye Web Server during the Interzoo fair.

The ethernet version costs 149 euro, and the double connections device costs 199 euro. Yes, the price is higher than the probe alone, but we think that, when we have decided to buy one, it could be better to buy directly the more complete version.

After all we inform you that our copy of SWS has just been shipped to DaniReef, so we can do a preview and a test review as soon as possible. If you have any question, feel free to use our comments section.
